Look at that! This is a huge platter of assorted sushi and sashimi that are pretty! Well, in person when you see it you'll definitely agree and say they are really pretty! It's not like garnished with lots of flowers or other design, but maybe as they are colorful they look really pretty and I just can't eat haha! As for the taste and texture; it's incredibly delicious and very tender that it almost melt in the mouth :) I am not a fan of raw fish, I preferred cooked, but I enjoyed this! Maybe there's something extra with this assorted sushi and sashimi that are pretty! Let's talk about the appetizers!

So, they will serve the palatable appetizers for Japanese food or the "starters" first and they are in perfect right amount!

It is light and very fresh but the combination of flavors are incredibly so good! If I were to rank, this is 1st rank/ the best!

I really don't enjoy appetizers this much! But these ones are beyond appetizing, like it's a main dish! Haha! ;)

The chowder is one of their palatable appetizers for Japanese food, I always start with a bowl of soup. I like steamy!

Well, this one is thick cream and rich soup that is comforting. I am relaxed while having it. It is light as the bowl is small but you can taste and feel content, this appetizer is amazing in a way it changes your mood, too!

Now, let's jump into the fresh small slices of excitement! I don't know why I am giving emotions here! :)

But another part of the palatable appetizers for Japanese food this fine dining restaurant serves is this bowl of fresh cuts of some fruits and vegetables? They're perfectly combined in one small spot! The freshness and some sweet and sour tickle our taste buds! Well, the sea grapes are mmn popping in the mouth like it has extra enjoyable flavor! The feelings I felt for this, it is "excitement" and yes this gives another mood changing moment! Like, what? I'm amazed!

Ooh let me do the standing ovation for this one!!!!! Is this pudding-like tofu? Yes this is Japanese tofu pudding and it's super enjoyable like thick cream with sesame cream :) It's hard to believe bean curd can be so good! The colorful toppings are like popping candies and they're like a bit sweet and sour and blended well with tofu pudding!

Don't miss this crispy appetizer! It's like deep-fried dumpling dough topped with avocado and cherry tomato!

I can't remember exactly if there's fresh salmon tagging along but I do remember a similar dish that has salmon and like this. They even called it avocado salmon salad if I'm not mistaken. We've been savoring some Japanese course meal in this restaurant and they sometimes serve different set of palatable appetizers for Japanese food! : )

But trust me, all of their dishes are so good, tasty and fresh and mmn comforting too like no other :)

This truffle salt in dash/ pinch amount is perfect with your fresh slices of tuna belly and salmon! Yes instead of wasabi plus soy sauce that is typical and really enjoyable sauce for sashimi, the truffle salt is extra :) It's like a dash of magic

I'm crying tears of joy because of these palatable appetizers for Japanese food! They are indeed appetizing!
