First and foremost, the Korean starters - pickled white onion (top left), radish kimchi (bottom left), kimchi and bean sprouts along with the tasty sauces - soy sauce with some vinegar and note the one with wasabi is for beef rib from the soup and the one with chili is for beef pancake! Ooh mouthwatering! Enjoy the appetizers!

Then, they will give you kitchen scissors and tongs for grabbing and cutting the enjoyable beef pancake and the noodles that has beef pancake! They are really useful! The reason why I skip the beef pancake topic is because I am excited to show you the best beef meals in Korea!

We have 3 tasty and some of the best beef meals in Korea you'll surely ask for more, specially the beef rib soup!

 

 

Here are the 3 so delicious dishes in one photo! So, spicy mix noodles (top), beef pancake (mid) and the scrumptious and so tender meat- beef rib soup (bottom). Tasty side dishes are tagging along. What a relaxing sight!

Wow the soup is definitely broth and like you know they boil beef bones for how many hours making a comforting tasty broth and they make this so good beef rib soup, you'll absolutely ask for more! Beef is tender that it just falls off from the bones as I said earlier! It's so enjoyable with rice and put radish kimchi on top (I'm crying tears of joy)!

Let's have a closer look on our spicy mix noodles! It's a big bowl of spicy goodness but it is just some spice so it is manageable and really enjoyable! From left, you can see some strips of beef pancake, pears, cucumber, boiled egg prettily cut in half, pickled radish, mackerel sashimi, Korean small green cabbage that looks like bok choy.

The noodles is made of mixed buckwheat plus flour to have the semi-sticky jelly-like glass noodles! On top of it, they spread deliciously the chili paste sprinkled with sesame seeds, and I'm pretty sure they added some crush ice to make it cool! But you know what, wow it is so enjoyable and super tasty and we finished the bowl! Like all the tasty flavors of sweet pear and some sour taste with the pickled veggies - all tickle our taste bud! And the noodles absorbed all the enjoyable tasty flavors, it is just so good in the mouth and comforting too! Thank you Korea for this!

Alright! Back to our beef pancake topic!!!!! It really looks like scrambled egg, isn't it? But yeah, it has beef!

And you know what, it's Hanu/Hanwoo [한우] or the Korean beef! So, it's pricey! This plate is 20,000 KRW (16.67 USD)

But it is so lalalalalah goooood with the sauce specially so, dip it there! You'll enjoy it with its sauce

I really loved this beef rib soup! It is always so good! You can even enjoy it for breakfast! It's a comfort food.

This steamy pot of goodness is actually good for two but you can have it by yourself! I can have it, and I can have more haha! It is 13,000 KRW (10.83 USD) and you got 2 medium size rib with tender beef!
